Disclaimer and Notice to Visitors
What this website is
Water Mitigation Response Team promotes water mitigation, pump-out and drying work in cities across the USA. The website itself does not enter buildings, remove water, run drying equipment or do repairs.
Who does the work
The phone number shown on the website reaches independent restoration companies. Each one is its own business, and each decides its own methods, pricing, hours and contract terms.
No promises about results
Water Mitigation Response Team gives no warranty on any company's work, speed or outcome. Read a company's written scope and terms before you approve a job.
Prices and coverage
Cost ranges on the website are typical national numbers meant for rough planning. They are not the price of any particular job. A restoration company sets a price after seeing the property, and an insurer decides what a policy covers.
General information
Text on the website about the mitigation process is general. It does not replace a visit from a qualified restoration company, a plumber, an electrician or an insurance professional.
Emergencies
In an emergency, call 911. Stay away from standing water near electrical items, from sagging ceilings and from gas odors. Questions about the website can go to (888) 664-3027.
